Wings launch Powerpods TWS earphones at ₹ 4,299. What are the factors you must know before buying any earbuds, what are the pros and cons? Some key specifications, design, comfort, battery backup?

Design & Build Quality

These Wings earbuds come with a unique style with an amazing box packing. Inside the Wings box, we get a Black charging case which has a glossy finished that gives a shiny look. Further Wings logo is branded on the case in silver color.

Inside the case, we get a beautiful pair of earbuds. That has a matte finish on the upper half which is a more silver color that avoids fingerprints and scratches to a great extent. Moreover, the lower half of the earbuds are glossy. On the earbuds, we have two holes for inserting charging pins. There is a small LED which fluctuates red and white.

Overall, comes with some unique style and fantastic body design.

Moreover, build quality is strong with the use of plastic and comes with a year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

Comfort Level –Wings Alpha

Wings earbuds are quite comfortable and fit perfectly. Further, there are 3 extra pairs of ear tips of the small, medium, and large sizes respectively. With a heavy shake, they do not fall easily which is a plus point.

These earbuds are IPX5 rated water, sweat resistance, These earbuds are designed for physical activities like running, gymming, etc.

To play or pause call single-tap on either of the earbuds
Reject calls by holding for 2 seconds on either of them
Also, to answer or end the call single-tap on either of them
Play the next track by holding 2 seconds on the right earbud
Also, play the previous track by holding 2 seconds on the left earbud
Further, to increase the volume double-tap on the right earbud
Also, double-tap on the left earbud to decrease the volume

Audio & Microphone Quality

Wings Alpha delivers a great bassy sound. Although it doesn’t affect the mid-range frequencies. The bass-lover user will love its sound system.

Both lows and mids are almost clear but sometimes in some music the mids become unclear due. to punchiness. But still, its sounds system is excellent.

Moreover, it makes every instrumental sound clear during slow songs. Also, vocals are clear too.

Overall, Wings Alpha performs fantastically in this department.

Taking about Microphone, during calls it is observed that the audio is clear at the other end. Sometimes, the extra background noise is also covered. Moreover, the microphone quality is quite good.

Battery Backup –Wings Alpha

Considering the battery backup overall the departments, Wings Alpha doesn’t offer a great battery life. To be more clear, it has very fewer playtime hours you need to charge every 4 hours. Which I think is very irritating and you cannot charge every time.
